This policy explains how Noovi Pty Ltd collects and uses information when you enquire, start a setup form, review a preview, pay an invoice, use hosted website services or contact Noovi.

Information we collect

We collect the details you choose to send, such as your name, business name, contact details, services, service areas, website or domain details, photos, logos, preferred plan, review notes and payment or booking preferences.

How we use it

We use this information to prepare and improve your website preview, respond to questions, manage review and launch steps, keep business records, arrange payment or booking setup where approved, and operate hosted Noovi services.

Services we may use

Noovi may use trusted service providers for hosting, data storage, email, payments and booking workflows. Current providers can include Netlify, Supabase, Resend, Stripe and a booking provider chosen for the customer setup. Some providers may process information outside Australia. Noovi does not sell customer information.

Photos, logos and business claims

You should only send photos, logos, testimonials, licences, warranty claims or other business material that you have permission to use and that is accurate. Noovi uses this material only for your preview, website, review pack or related service work.

Marketing messages

Noovi only sends commercial electronic messages where there is a lawful basis to do so, such as an enquiry, customer relationship or other consent evidence. Marketing-style emails must identify Noovi and include a way to unsubscribe.

Security and retention

Noovi keeps customer information only as long as it is needed for setup, review, hosting, support, records, legal requirements or approved handover work. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so Noovi avoids collecting unnecessary sensitive material and asks customers not to send private documents or risky photos unless they are needed.
