Noovi Terms
Terms of Service
Last updated 4 June 2026
Who these terms apply to
These terms apply when Noovi Pty Ltd provides website setup, preview, hosting, booking-support or related website services for an Australian trade business. Noovi is designed for business customers, not household consumer jobs.
Accepting these terms
You accept these terms when you tick the terms confirmation box, approve a Noovi proposal, approve a preview for launch, pay a Noovi invoice, or continue using a Noovi-hosted service after being given these terms. A preview, payment request, booking setup or website launch may still need a separate approval step.
Service summary
The normal customer path is setup, preview, review, change request or approval, payment readiness, manual payment verification, final launch readiness, and a separate launch approval step. Noovi may use local reports and manual checks before any live service is switched on.
Prices, GST and payment
Noovi's standard setup price is $1,500 plus GST, which is $1,650 including GST if GST applies. Monthly hosting starts from $49 plus GST per month, which is $53.90 including GST if GST applies. Hosting plus booking starts from $89 plus GST per month, which is $97.90 including GST if GST applies. Domain registration, business email provider costs, third-party booking provider costs and optional add-ons are separate unless agreed in writing.
Payment requests are sent only after the review path is ready. No payment starts just by viewing this page, submitting a setup form or reviewing a preview.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for giving Noovi accurate business details and material you have permission to use, including photos, logos, licences, testimonials, warranties, service areas and business claims.
Noovi may refuse, remove or ask you to verify wording that appears unsupported, misleading, risky, unlawful or likely to breach another person's rights.
Preview, changes and launch approval
A website preview is for review before launch. You can request reasonable changes before approving the final version. Noovi does not make a customer website public, change DNS, switch on payment, or switch on a booking path without a separate approval step.
Customer material and Noovi tools
You keep ownership of business material you supply, such as your logo, photos and approved wording. You give Noovi permission to use that material to prepare, review, host, maintain and support your Noovi website. Noovi keeps ownership of its templates, systems, scripts, reports and internal tools. Any handover or export is handled by the agreed handover process.
Hosting, cancellation and handover
Monthly hosting covers the agreed Noovi-hosted website service. You can ask to cancel or discuss handover options by contacting Noovi. Any domain, email or provider changes should be discussed first so the website and email setup are not accidentally interrupted.
Third-party services
Noovi may help plan or connect services such as hosting, data storage, email, payment, domain, analytics or booking providers. Those providers may have their own accounts, fees, terms, outages and approval steps. Noovi does not make account, DNS, payment, booking or provider changes without the required approval.
No lead or ranking guarantee
Noovi can help present your business clearly online, but does not guarantee leads, sales, enquiry volume, Google rankings or third-party platform outcomes.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law. Where Noovi is allowed to limit a remedy, Noovi's remedy may be limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupplying the service.
Changes to these terms
Noovi may update these terms for future services, renewals, provider changes or legal requirements. A change does not remove rights you already have for work already paid for. If a change materially affects an active monthly service, Noovi will give reasonable notice where practical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and, where relevant, New South Wales. If a dispute comes up, both sides should first try to resolve it by email in plain English before taking formal steps.
